What kind of bed temps do you apply while printing Ultem or PEEK? On the internet I only find conflicting information..

If you can get the bed at or just below the glass transition temperature that is ideal. For Ultem 1010 200C is ideal in our experience, Ultem 9085 is a bit easier to print and works well with the bed at around 180C. PEEK should be printable at around 150C but higher temps do help a lot.

Wow that wrench most cost a ton Btw can you do ultem 1010 at 90c? How hot do you need the enclosure for that?

Which printer are you using? Where you able to print ultim 1010 and 9095 on the same machine? I would love to see a comparison between the funmat and this printer shown on the video

Edit: I don't see any BVOH, they don't seem to sell them anymore :( Nano miner hates him! This one secret to cheap adhesive for ultem printing will blow your mind. Jokes aside thanks a ton :) does this work for PLA/PC/ABS/PEEK? What about nylon?

I may have overheard it, but can this Aquatek solution be used for any Plastic, or only ABS?

It works with most plastics that we've tried so far including things like PEI, PSU, and PEEK

What's that build plate? CF? how is it different than glass?

That bed plate was Neoceram fireplace glass

Also, how do you deal with drying peek before printing? subscribed and bell'd

We have a food dehydrator that we run in the shop basically 24/7 for items we pull and print a lot. For long term storage, putting the materials in a vacuum will keep them dry for a very long time.
