I bought thus exact pen for my daughter. It won’t work. It’s plugged in. Have selected PLA as that’s the filament that came with the pen and nothing else works. I can’t get a green light and no temperature appears on the led screen.

I pushed the forward button and I need to hold it, if I stop holding it turns off, and the red light and yellow light keep flickering when I hold the forward button, I try pressing the red or yellow light and the number keeps changing from 19 to 189 when I press the red button it says 191 when I press the yellow button

Just got one for my kid she was having trouble with getting it to feed through…I did the exact selection you did here the filament fed through but took a while to come out the end…once I got it to go green I get like 5 seconds of it and then it goes orange and starts counting again…everytime this keeps happening what do we need to do

Just received my daughters 3d pen three days ago we unboxed it plugged it in to charge for about 12hrs and I turn it on and it shows the red light for pre heating but after 2min or so there's no green ready light and it shuts off while still on charger....and cannot get the filament to feed thru at all.....SOMEONE PLEASE HELP...it says there's a 1yr warranty but not trying to send all way back to China from the US. I feel like I wasted $45 on this and extra filament and I have a very upset 8yr old daughter
