ok, I have to give lots of props here. never in a million years would I have thought about using lego gears in a homemade dart blaster. Seriously the grey gear at 1:14 is Lego. that's epic

Seems like you should be getting way more power out of a plunger that size? Need me to mail you a k26? I'll do it

The seal isn't the best at the moment. I need to put some more epoxy around the bushing.

The reverse plunger is making it way harder to prime than what a direct plunger system would. I think you are losing efficiency in the turn as well. The mag feed system is very clever, check out angel breeches for longshot's. You could attach a cut brass tube to the female part of your upper seal and arrange the barrel so it slid in like an angel breech does. When slid forward or primed on this guy it would open the slot and let 1 dart in, close fire and repeat. Would give the darts a better stop that forced them to feed directly into the barrel too. that way you don't have to fumble them in like you do now. might fix your seal and give the mags something to grab onto too.

I knew you had potential ever since the Rapidstrike stock to Stryfe integration. But this is like Make.Test.Battle. level. You are the start of a new generation. This is truly next level.

Dude that is amazing that looks like a stock blaster from the rival series

How much would it cost for one of these... I need one now
@meroastisruined30397 жыл бұрын
Oh man I have to have one, oh wait I'm poor, also it looks like it has a little bit of a seal problem but this thing is actually amazing and that plunger tube is massive and in need of a k26, really nice job man
@MartinJEngland7 жыл бұрын
Hopefully I can get a better seal on the next one. It's mainly leaking out of the bushing.

The handle reminds me a lot of a Apollo handle, which I find comfy, great build though, I'm guessing it works with a 35 & 25 drum?
@MartinJEngland8 жыл бұрын
It is a large handle which I drew out on paper first to know the proportions. Yes, it works with all magazines, however stefan darts only work with special modified ones.
@ethanpeach82168 жыл бұрын
I have tried just for fun to use stefans in a normal magazine with most of my blasters, they don't work either, and if you drew that handle I'm starting to think you are a secret Nerf employee
@MartinJEngland8 жыл бұрын
No, I'm not an employee... ... yet.

even with the printing files, does this mean we have to purchase all other necessary parts and screws to create this blaster? Oh and great concept and video!

Holy crud that is freaking awesome! I understand you have a ridiculous amount of time put into that, but will stl files be available for this in the future?

is it possible to switch the magazine
@noahlowrie67428 жыл бұрын
magazine well
@MartinJEngland8 жыл бұрын
Yes, but what would that be useful for. It won't work with Mega darts or rival rounds because the barrel is too narrow.
@noahlowrie67428 жыл бұрын
I meant to the other side
@MartinJEngland8 жыл бұрын
Oh, no that is not possible at the moment. I designed it for right handed people. However, in the 3D printing software all you'd need to do is flip about 4 pieces and it would be on the other side.
