I must say.. that is an incredible piece of work! Did you get a rough estimate on the time for printing all pieces?
@ChristophLaimer8 жыл бұрын
+Erron Watts The larger parts needed around 8 hours. For the whole watch I estimate 24..48 hours.

Why did you use different types of shafts and screws? It makes everything so difficult to find all the parts

Is that a 4mm rod?

Hi, really beautiful work. I just wonder if thats really a tourbillon. For me the spring you called tourbillon-spring looked more like a balance-spring(german: Unruh). I am not very into clocks and their mechanics, but i recognize how a normal Unruh gets called Tourbillon often by people. So i am just curious. I would be thankfull for a response of yours.

+Max Schlaenger Each watch has a balancewheel and a hairspring. A tourbillon is an arrangement, where the whole oscillating unit and the escape-mechanism is mounted on a rotating device (and not on the stationary main case).
