Print a pair of pick-up tools, one red and one blue, with magnets installed at proper opposite polarity to make it easy to install them on the parts and not accidentally get them flipped.

Can't you just CA solvent to remove the magnets? Can the internal structures be replaced with laser cut Plywood in your opinion?

I tried to use the CA removal solvent, but it melts PLA. Made new one and is all good.
