King and Hurst really had a great first side by side race for the opener! Great finish too. The Megane is really making its mark too. I thought the front splitter would scrub speed after the first jump on the landing but no. Good race Angi Stig! Keep her lite kid!

Tom Hurst is the definition of strategic driver. They may not be the fastest, have the best car or best driver, but they know in the end, it's points that matter and so all their decisions are 'what will get us the lead in points'. I think getting up to the hay bales first and knocking them over to keep other cars from having a chance for those big air bonus points is a sound strategy and might actually work to bring Steven King down or at the very least, force Steven King to up his game so he doesn't fall victim to that style of driving.
