PRO-TIP: Fold standard printer paper into 4 parts (hotdog style) then 8 parts (hamburger style). Then you have 32 perfectly sized pieces of paper that are exactly the correct dimension.

A little deceptive. The swan doesn't hold it's shape like it's modeled at the beginning. Even in the video at the end, you're holding the wings to the body the whole time, any bit of give and I see the wings move away from the body and flop down as mine does. It requires glue to keep the wings curled up to the body, you should mention this once it's finished being put together.

I followed the tutorial and mine came out that way, too. I didn’t use glue, but I squished the ends of both wings into other slots at the tail to sort of support it.

Disclaimer for anyone wanting to try this: pieces are annoying to work with sometimes falling apart, and is really frustrating becoming super fragile in the end unlike in the video. I’m all it’s a good project idea but is very time consuming taking me almost 6 hours to construct.
