The hard part about this is that Wolverine's claws are also actually bone and they were just covered in Adamantium like the rest of his skeleton (except for his teeth, for some reason). Also, if he were to put his hands up instead of making a fist they would come out of his palms since they're "stored" in his forearms and pushed out by muscles.
@Opala79_Ай бұрын
I've always thought about that. In addition, the claws in the traditional way were supposed to prevent him from moving his wrist back and forth
@origindo1123Ай бұрын
@@tomscioscia9869 it actually makes sense why his teeth arent covered its because teeth arent part of a skeleton they arent even bone. teeth is mostly hardened calcium
@rockinHurley777Ай бұрын
Also, how do you go from bone shaped claws to precise metal blades? Doesn't make sense
@origindo1123Ай бұрын

"theres not many resources online for what the inside of wolverines claws look like" my guy, the movies have scenes that have literal xrays of wolverines claws/body which show the placement of them pretty much perfectly lol
@mackea1Ай бұрын
Wolverines claws are in the back of his arm. They don't go up through his wrist. I always thought his claws were in the muscles of his forearm. That is part of the reason he has sort of Popeye looking fore-arms in the comics. Plus if they were in the underside of his arm, they would cut most his arteries and blood vessels in his wrists. Yes he has the healing factor to help but it's still a lot worse. Great model and amazing science. Hope it works out the way you planned.

Wolverine's legal name is James so there ya go. Would taking the claws entirely out and just leaving a slot to slide along work well? It could be a neat progression to take the printed CT scan and combine it with electroplated polished claws that can actually retract and extend.

Doc got it wrong, the claws are not connected at the root, they're separated, because they can be exposed and retracted individually. Remember that Wolverine is a Mutant, so his entire arm structure would have been mutated for the bone claws long before he got the Adamantium.

But Wolverine's claws retract back to his radius and ulna. Other than that, he wouldn't be able to bend his wrists at all. That's why originally, his claws are placed above the radius and ulna, and come out, pretty much around the middle of the upper part of the hand, which makes more sense. I honestly never liked the live action version of the claws.

Seth looks like he could be your dad. Also i think people need to think of wolverines claws more as like cat claws so he has muscular control over them. And his anatomy lends to his mutation so yeah they slice thru his knuckles when they come out but they should have passageways thru his arm imo anyway. I know there have been times theyve come thru his wrists but thats dumb and i dont think its canon

Yesterday I meet one big and beautiful griffon vulture, in Taunus falk center in Frankfurt am Main, without one wing since the shoulder.
