3DS Capture Card Installation

Here I thought I'd walk through the whole process of installing an N-SPA3 3DS capture card made by the Japanese group, Optimize.
There's very little English documentation so hopefully this helps you out.

Kapton tape is the best for this type of work. Very strong, provides electric insulation, and no sticky residue. Looks super clean.

Hey, amazing work :) Thank you for sharing it, it is very interesting and I really want to try it out. I am thinking for years about it! Do you know, if there is a difference between regions? Like, can I buy a capture Kit from this Japanese Site and it is compatible with an European 3DS (if there is a difference)?

Unfortunately I have only worked on NTSC region 3DSes. I don't have any experience with the European PAL 3DS, though I would assume that the motherboard and video output is the same, since the 3DS didn't need to be designed to connect to a TV it didn't have to comply with PAL region television standards such as 50Hz refresh rates.

N-SPA3 is for the regular sized 3DS and the LL-SPA3 is for the 3DS XL which is called LL in Japan

The installation request form is in the description if you want to submit one for a quote. This modification I do not stock parts for at this time. I only do 3DS and 3DSXL installations.

Is there any way to replace the mic or camera? (I own a 3DsXL).

Yes you can disconnect the microphone ribbon and replace it. It looks like a small black square. However the camera will require you to disassemble the top half.

how much time did it take to arrive? and is it safe to order from that site?

I genuinely don't know. That's the unfortunate part. I got it from a colleague who asked me to install it and I thought it would make for an interesting video. I asked him about it and he says it's perfectly safe and I would say took a couple weeks to arrive based on when it got to me. The site uses unencrypted HTTP for getting your information, which I don't really trust myself. I would look into how they handle payment to be sure before purchasing

That's because you don't fix it. Unfortunately the hole will still be there but you cannot see it because the battery cover goes on top of it.

Bro. If we repair to q30 as if we add 2 more microphone to each side of headphone and we connect with it's original microphone to collect more noise then will it work to improve anc or not. Please just inform about it that anc will better by adding 2 more microphone inside of bluetooth headphone or not.
