As interesting as tyDiffusion is, this whole AI craze takes all the skill and fun out of 3D for me. There was a time when I could appreciate and admire the work of other people, because I knew there was a lot of sweat. tears. experimentation, passion and dedication put into a model, animation, still image, you name it. With tools like this existing, there's hardly anything that separates the best-of-the-best artists from mediocre ones. I'm sure it'll have its uses in a work environment, but I'd personally refrain from taking advantage of it for a portfolio piece.

Shouldn't even be used in a work environment, considering the fact that it has been trained on the hard work of countless artists who didn't consent to this and aren't being compensated for any of this.

CAT and BIPED rigs. 😂 When you look at what SideFX are doing with APEX and KineFX and then you remember that Max is still using the Biped rig. 😂 I don't know. I was a long, long time Max user until I left it 3 years ago. I still have access to beta so I installed the latest last week out of curiosity to see how it has progressed in the last few years. Long story short: I made the right move. It just feels so clunky and outdated going back to Max.

with artificial inteligente, using and studying this program 3dsmax and similars, no longer makes sense, it is useless. don't waste your time, study AI better. I used 3dsmax since version 1 in the last century and what disappointment the program did not evolve towards AI.
