Hey @changsooeun I have an idea (maybe i should put that in the wish list) It will be really great to have an additional method called "element" which make the conform only act on element xyz not on the vertex. Do you know if there is anyway to achieve that in the current version.

You can add to the user voice. As of now, you could conform a spline and use Path Deform which has preserve element mode.

Try it in Blender and come back. BTW, I tried the same model in Blender. I got less than 0.5 fps in BLender. In Max, I got 18fps.
