not really, first the title or description does not tell which sounds to expect, second you can clearly tell it's done using AI which results to random sounds or multiple sounds to be heard. The sounds in question might be or not be pleasant for the listener, third this kind of ASMR production can only cater to non-verbal listeners.

Depends on what you mean by realism? The soundstage is wide and so the stage is realistic in that it fools the brain into thinking there's more than two channels. But the sounds themselves are pretty synthetic-sounding. Not a bad thing, but it doesn't sound like something I'd ever hear under any circumstances. So not realistic in that sense.
