I had absolutely NO idea they had these types of videos, but im extremely impressed. Shocked. I've been in therapy for half of my life now. I have severe panic attacks, overstimulation from ASD, and severe ptsd. This video is going to benefit me immensely. This video was very difficult to sit through, but i worked on my breathing at the same time. Regular meditation has never worked for me, but this? This might literally change my life. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS NEW DROP. a few things I do get asmr, but only in my right ear for some reason, and usually after a certain trigger is going for too long i get desensitized to it REAAAALLLY FAST. But especialy this video, i never got desensitized at all, I felt it almost throughout this entire video. And i absolute love how you're not afraid to include loud, sudden, and uncomfortably close triggers. How do you get the quality on whispers that good? It's literally unrivaled!
