seriously though its so you dont have to set your carb / spinner / joystick cap down, it can hang out... look around at pictures of peak / proxy cap tethers and youll see how dense you were a second ago lol.

You can look at it and see it's not sized right to go around the chamber. Use your eyes your being the dense one, naturally you would think that's how it goes but it's just not made correctly for the application he even shows it.
