Thank you, other videos I've watched never mention the engine block drain valve. Some commentators in this thread say their 2010 Prius doesn't have one, but with your help I know where to look. Thanks again.

You can “force” engine to work thru the prosedure by entering Maintenance mode

Other who have 2010 say they do not have bleeder valve; on my 2015 also no bleeder valve.

How many jugs of coolant do I need if I’m planning on changing the inverter & engine coolant?

2 gallon jugs, if you are a little short you can use distilled water
