Fun fact: Scott Wilson, the guy who plays Hershel got tired and actually fell asleep on that bed during episode's filming. So, everything's natural to feel the full tension of the situation

@@brezio5251 Rewatching the early seasons with Hershel is so bittersweet due to the actors death. So heartbreaking knowing he’s no longer here but there’s something incredibly nice knowing The Walking Dead was his last TV appearance. It was like he was saying goodbye💔

I really love how Rick and Lori both stepped in immediately to save Hershel’s life I love how close they’ve gotten to him since Carl got shot and after all the drama that happened Hershel himself has come such a long way as a character I actually really like how he takes care of both Rick and Lori Even though they’re having problems you can tell he’s not taking sides and he’s treating them equally well and with love Hershel is great and I love him :D

This episode made me realize how done Rick was with nonsense Rick gave the prison leader Tomas a warning and afterwards made good on his threat Side note this episode also showed me that Daryl has now become Rick’s new right hand man the second Rick got tackled by that zombie Daryl was the first to save him.

3:11 herschel taught carol some things! as you can see carol took charge in gelping herschel, so she definitely knows things! 7:14 hell nah. people in apocalypse shows look better than any other people. the more bruised up, bloody, sweaty and close to death they look, the better. just wait, you’ll come around hopefully 😩 14:18 i mean carl is 13 here. he knows how to take care of himself now, but it takes one bite or one scrath, one tiny mistake, one second. it’s a risk to go alone even for an adult. without anyone even knowing? lori is definitely in the right. she’s her mother, i don’t think you’d do any differently in her shoes.

Constructive criticism: I think your reactions would be a lot better if you were reacting to the scene that you are watching instead of talking about T-Dog, Shane or something else when it isn't even part of the scene. It is frustrating, however, you're pretty funny and very likeable.

He did not do what had to be done. A person has the right to die as he or she chooses. Tomas murdered Big Tiny. Putting someone down before or after turning is one thing, but there is never a reason to kill a living person with a wound. Also, it showed just how much of a killer he is. Remember he did not know the rules of the infection until earlier this episode and he killed someone he shared a room with for a year with no hesitation.

Fun Facts about Season 3 Episode 2: • Last appearance of Tomas. • Last appearance of Big Tiny. • This title of the episode, "Sick", references a comment made by Oscar after seeing dead his fellow inmates. • This was the first episode to air on Dish Network following their agreement with AMC Networks. • Scott Wilson often fell asleep while shooting the scenes where Hershel is unconscious. • When Rick informs the prisoners about the apocalypse and how all societal structure has collapsed, what Rick says is very similar to what Mark and Selena tell Jim in the 2002 movie, 28 Days Later. • There were thirty confirmed walker kills in the episode and two living humans. Rick and Tomas both tied with the most kills at five walkers and one living human. • Just after Andrew's screams stop, there's noise suggesting that he managed to climb the fence despite the barbed wire on top. • When Rick and his group are returning Hershel back to the cell blocks, Rick orders Daryl to kill a walker blocking their way in the hallway. Daryl kills the walker with an arrow from his crossbow and as he moves past the walker, he pulls the arrow he fired out of its head, however, Daryl is holding the tail end of the arrow instead of the front-end after he pulled his arrow out which is logically wrong. • When Carol kills the female walker with the metal pipe. There is blood on the pipe where she stabs it, but when it's removed and she tells Glenn to distract the other walkers. The metal pipe has no blood on it at all.

Season 3 on of the best seasons also to me axel and Oscar are some of my favorite characters from this season they are honestly just nice people who happen to have been in prison, also another thing pretty much Dale was like the groups grandfather but hershel is the groups father and not just cause he has 2 kids there yell will notice it later on

See if I was prisoners in the situation I would probably just be thinking like well. You guys clearly know what’s going on. I know this prison better than you do so I can help you find the supplies easier less risk to your people, so how about I just join you guys will work on building the trust but for now we work better as a team it’s in my mutual interest to work with you not against you. But I would give them full warning I have sociopathic tendencies, so I’m just going to be working in the most practical solution. I would not try to sell them on. I’m gonna be a good person now. Nah I have to agree with everyone else on this. Carl is like 13 here and Lori’s his literal mother. I can’t blame him for stepping up and knowing if he asked for permission Lori probably would’ve said no but you can’t blame Lori for reacting like a worried parent. And you definitely don’t shout at your mom to “get off my back” when she lectures you about how dangerous it is. Apocalypse or not.
