High Five Ghost is a ghost by name only. He almost NEVER phases through stuff, despite his brother doing it a good couple times. So, if Fives is tied up or something, you can expect him to stay. Fun fact: getting arrested more often than not disqualifies you from any job in law enforcement. Muscle Man mentioned he bailed Low Five Ghost out of jail back in season 2, and yet, here he is, as a cop. This show is fucking weird.
