Mississippi Dove Hunting | Small Field Loaded With Birds

On this hunt we are in Mississippi hunting a dove field no more than a couple of acres big. The birds showed up on this spot a few weeks before the season in big numbers. We took a small group on it and everyone got plenty of shooting in. Hope y'all enjoy.

Thank you! That exact thing happened to us a few years ago. A hurricane came right up MS a few days before the season and we lost 90% of our birds.

Yes sir. Most of our crappie fishing is done from February to May.

Your part of MS seems to have a good amount of dove. My sunflower field here in Texas hasn’t really held any dove so far.

It’s been real spotty. We had 3 different places fixed up to hunt this year and 2 of them wasn’t holding many birds at all.
