Circles is just a simplified term for Doujin Circles think "Indie" that's the best way I can define what they are. Most music circles are either a group of people think "indie band" or have a few key members but constantly pull people from other groups. The way they are played and such changes the effect they have on you, subconciously. Relaxing music will relax you, upbeat music will do the opposite. Are they like companies that make the music with different artists? Wondering how you guys get this music. Would like to get a huge collection of this kind of music for my car and MP3 player.

about circles, some of them are corporate (like Melonbooks Records), and some of them are not. Think of some of them as a local music band of yours made up of some dudes and gals from somewhere nearby, and some others as professionals from companies (or it's the same dudes and gals managing to make it big and score contracts with companies) about acquiring the music, most of the times you'd have to buy the DVDs/physical versions of the albums from a marketplace from Japan (which might be region-locked to just Japan only), though... it's now 2023, 11 years after your comment, which means that there are new platforms going around for quite a while now (like Spotify), and quite a lot of Japanese music (like the Touhou song in the video) can be found on them.

Well, you can still download it off KZbin or Nico nico video and multiple other sites, but the copyright policies endorsed by Donald Trump of which main goal is really to protect the interests of copyright associations and the so called copyright owners at the cost of the people and even the creators themselves might end up causing a wave of copyright censorship, where everything not "licensed" regardless of whether it's covered by copyright law or not (and by definition everything actually is regardless of whether it was registered and trademarked or not) might end up being permanently deleted from the internet, and with no official archives, content like this might end up dissappearing completely just because the management of NETFLIX or Nintendo isn't cool with free downloading,it's basically a huge attempt of eliminating a decade worth of independent non studio controlled media content, that was created without the blessing of corporate, financial or the so called National elites (which really is all and the same only under a different banner) and the worst part is that in many cases it isn't even the creator that holds the so called copyright, even if they think they actually do, because they might actually accidentally and unintentionally permitted these corporations like for example in ZUN's case Kadokawa, Kodansha and Nintendo to claim copyright rights just on the basis of the fact that he used these corporate platforms to publish his stories, which might give them the right to trademark the characters and stories based on Touhou Project just because ZUN's official manga's were printed out in magazines belonging to either Kodansha or Kadokawa, which could also put the works in legal limbo in case both or three corporations put a claim to these works, so the way the current copyright laws are shaped there is actually no protection from these copyright association from taking over the copyright laws of content that did not originally even belong them and arbitrary censoring it under the false pretense of them protecting the authors rights. Actually the draconian copyright laws make very little effort to actually protect the mainstream media from being pirated, while make a lot more effort in censoring freedom of cultural exchange on the internet especially from authors or creators that create content that is very harshly critical of western establishment, which in my opinion is an example of political censorship imposed on the orders of the Capitalis/National Western society's elites and financial establishment.
