In the cases when i use scotchbond universal Plus adhesive for veneer cementation with some other cement- not relyx universal cement ,should we lightcure the adhesive first?

Yes ,only RelyX Universal Resin Cement initiates and cures Scotchbond Universal Plus Adhesive.
