I like it - honestly most of the changes they’ve made for wild rift could easily be put into the game and work super well!

I agree with this but I personally don't think or feel wukong is a lane bully. For example, common top laners and lane bullies such as sett, morde, tahm kench, or vayne. Good luck bullying them until later or if at all

That’s fair enough, with Wukong his base damage is very high even with low level abilities and his kills prior to 10 minutes is very high - champs like Morde usually get bullied pretty hard I find before they get ult as all his abilities can be easily dodged - and I gotta be honest I’ve never heard the kench been described as a lane bully before his kills before 10 minutes are super low and his base damage isn’t very good - but a lot of it depends on play style and also what elo you’re playing at or even your regions meta!

Tldr: I find him a pretty good bully with high numbers and Q spam but 100% fair to say he can be played more passively to safely get to mid game team fights ^^

I’d recommend playing more reactive into him, use W to avoid the E and then re-engage when it’s on cooldown!
