Hey Jisung! If you have any sore throat in ther morning, You mght sleep with mouth opening through all night not only yawning but also just little broken lip sealing. Air pass through your mouth to long not nose. Push up the tongue to the palate and maintain lip sealing is most important for health and posture, I think.
