6:34 You can use the back of your chopsticks to take food from a common dish when you're under the weather, to avoid spreading your germs through the common dish. Or they'll put common chopsticks 公筷 with every dish for people to take their food with. It's usually for formal settings but also done when one person is ill. Or the ill person is given a plate or bowl with a bit of everything.

My mom always told me that I didn’t use chopsticks properly since I was little 😂looks like it supposed to have the middle finger in between to control. But I just hold them and use the strength of other fingers for picking food, which probably explains why I sometimes dropped a little bit on the table 😅 although it doesn’t matter that much I think, and my family definitely wouldn’t blame me for it.
