GTA games are always a huge grind and San Andreas was no different. The remastered version of the Grand Theft Auto trilogy makes it tougher because of glitches in the definitive version. This is now my second GTA platinum along with GTA V (GTA 5). That was my most recent platinum before this one.

I got the plat for this in about 40 hours, some tips if you are doing this yourself. Weapon skills can be increased by firing at blown up cars. Easiest way to complete gang territory is with the mini gun You can do the tags on the mission at the start of the game with unlimited paint

Grats man, I did the plat on the old PS4 version, which is I think one of the better console versions out there. It's the PS2 version running on PS4 which gives it the unique look only the PS2 version had. Unfortunately, it got delisted when DE came out. Some trophies are the same, though I think that overall the DE has harder trophies

In the horse races you can save the game right before you go in and bet max on the highest risk. Then if you lose keep reloading the save and try again.

GTA 3 is the most problematic, but not difficult. You can lock yourself out of the 100% quite easily, as you can progress past 10- 15 missions if you don't do missions in the order given. If you're efficient you can do it in a day.

I got the platinum on the original PS2 port on the store, that was very annoying, the definitive is easier with checkpoints, reload mission, waypoints etc....

This platinum seems a lot easier than the original version on PS4's platinum. I don't want to play this version, so I know it's going to be hell once I start going for it. Bully, GTA5, and RDR2 have already stolen my soul. 💀

You’re wrong this version is much harder to plat .. you need 100% in this version to get the plat while on the ps4 you don’t thus saving you a lot of time

If you know the GTA trilogy you'll know San Andreas was the grindiest one of all if you wanted 100% completion but if you know the game by heart it's an easy grind to beat within a few weeks, I played the definitive edition on release & yeah it wasn't so good at launch but it was playable for me anyway & it's always fun to see someone else go over it, pro-tip if you want to get rich quick betting at the inside track horse races does it in no time at all 😉

Is 100% very hard in this game? I have the platinum for the delisted PS2 emulated version on the PS4 which does not force 100% completion. You still need to do the vehicle missions though. That one motorcycle side mission was next to impossible for me to complete.

You can become a billionaire before the 2nd mission. Do the medical, fire fighting & vigilante. Then save & bet your money on horse racing. If you lose you just reload. Rinse & repeat.

If i was doing 100% i would start with firefighter, also the last flight of toreno mission bruh the easiest way is to do it from the start
