in my time playing unfair, it has come to me pretty early on that bandits are very threatening, their sides matter and 2 poison will kill someone in unfair battles where each fight lasts long, they are pretty cheap to just kill however, 8 hp isnt a lot to burst down with 2-3 dice and some left over mana, their run away is only worth if they are besides a low hp enemy that u can easily over kill, letting them live for more than 3 turns is fatal and would result in likely a death of a character. that last fight is horrendous if u let the bandit live, let alone bandit + spider, troll and ogre doesnt do much damage to a single character, especially unbuffed (buffing them with curses makes them priority targets, but just stay away from + pips curses in general) also u have disciple and knight which can make ur team survive very long against ogre and troll, bandits however would point at a character and say "ure dying in 2 turns if u dont kill me"

I think you got baited by the turn 1 fart cloud from troll. It seems like you wanted to negate aoe poison, so you swung into it with weaken, and then once you had done that, it would’ve felt bad to send damage into the other enemies after you already broke through the armor. But troll’s regen effectively gave it +1 shield that turn. I think you hit the nail on the head with your assessment of the bandit. You’re never making it flee, and since Glacia was getting blasted by every enemy, the play was definitely just kill Bandit turn 1 and you save 2 poison on her. Still a cool run nonetheless. Watch out for them coyotes

Funnily enough, he actually had enough with the cruel to kill the ogre AND make the bandit flee.

i think the play in that last fight that you missed is putting your entire first turn into the ogre 3 weaken gets him to 9 4 steel gets him to 5 and then the 4 cruel makes him die AND the bandit flee then its just a troll +spider fight RIP

Losing that fight just came down to a failure to kill opponents based on damage potential. Bandit has 6 hp but has highish single target dmg potential. Trol has so much hp (and regen) but only 2-3 are dmg. So he will kill you eventually, but that bandit will first. So killing him before bandit.

Wolf's are larger and more pack oriented. They are also very fearful of people and anything they aren't familiar with (anything they didn't encounter in their first 3 months basically) Coyotes are smaller and more bold/curious. Less fearful of people. In the recent centuries wolf's have been on the decline from humans, while coyotes have prospered. Humans have always had a bad relationship with both, but coyotes have been the real culprits of most things blamed on wolves. Also worth noting that wolves hate coyotes and will hunt them down, a lot of animals also hate coyotes. Ravens will straight up help wolves hunt down coyotes, just cuz they have coyotes so much. The irony is there have been recent discoveries of wolves mixed with coyote, a really bizarre twist

I'm not quite sure you understand. Ninja-Sinew is OBVIOUSLY the best combination of yellow and orange throughout the entire games history. I'm not sure what's so difficult to understand about the chain keywork, but it literally DOUBLES your damage output on that side. That's twice the amount of damage, guaranteed if you pick Ninja and Sinew. On top of that, the side also has cleave. CLEAVE. I'm not sure what ungodly spirit possessed Tann to make them change it from descend to cleave, as that small, seemingly m i n i s c u l e tweak completely throws off the entire balance of the game and makes pretty much any other synergy borderline unplayable. I'm not sure if I've drilled it through your thick, calloused skull yet, but CELEAVE makes Sinew-Ninja the best combat in the game, because you deal DOUBLE your PiPs, to T H R E E S E P E R A T E E N E M I E S. It's obvious that you don't know anything about the game yet, at least, that's the only conceivable excuse I can think of that would explain your neolithic understanding of basic class synergy, or your complete and utter lack of comprehension as to how keywords work. You disgust me
