Hi Hong, I like the flow that’s very apparent in that staff form! Very fluid. Your timing and control are very good; as is your rooting ability. Your ability to root, or maintain your stability while in motion is, I believe, from your Baji training. Keep it up Hong. Very strong.

Hi Lee! :) thank you so much for your words. Yes. I also believe that every stability while in motion is rooting from Bajiquan training. Thanks for my master teach me, and guide me in right way. I will always practice like as when I was the first time of my baji training. Thank you!

Nice... How many martial arts do you practice? You wrote "3rd Dan" is that your level? If yes, respect! You are still a young woman! The 🔥 burns in you... 😊🤗

Thanks 😊 I mainly practice three martial arts. (Bajiquan, Taichi quan and wushu sanda) But sometimes my master let me know wushu(nan quan, zhang quan, staff, sword, spear etc) to make up for the shortcomings. Always thank you for cheering me up 😀 I hope you enjoy your martial arts too!

@@또땅-j4b 봉이 잘 어울린다니 :) 계속 연습해서 실력을 늘려야 겠어요 ㅎㅎ 요즘 도술도 연습하고 있는데 잘 연습해서 나중에 멋지게 시연해 볼게요. (원심력을 이용한 배는 법이 재미가 쏠쏠해요😀)
