In this video, its just a rear resonator delete. In the video posted after this, I had the mid muffler delete with x-pipe added. Save your money and do these instead. Sounds absolutely incredible

Exhaust piping is standard OE size. I will go bigger whenever it gets longtubes installed.

It won't void any warranties. Warranties don't get voided, they just don't get honored if a customer causes a problem to the vehicle that the manufacturer did not cause.

@@MK6Guy sounds nice, I did the same to mines and added a pedal commander and took off 2 fuses the stability control and the all wheel drive and disconnected the 2 plugs that goes to the rear axles. the dash looks like a Christmas tree lights but the truck runs ways better and no restrictions. It’s rear wheel drive now, burnouts getting sideways much more fun and everything is reversible!!!

Unrelated to the sound, which is awesome, but are the tail lights tinted or after market with the tint? I had Luxe tint on mine (I'm in TX) and they made me remove to pass inspection. Trying to find an after market product that will allow me to pass.

Thanks I appreciate that. The tail lights do in fact have the Dark Smoke film from Luxe Auto. Here in FL cops don’t care about piddly stuff like that.

@@MK6Guy yeah, the cops don't care here either but the damn technician doing inspection seems to think it violates requirements. I disagree because it's tinted, not blacked out, and still emits the amber glow but couldn't argue with him. As much as I don't want to do it, I may be replacing my tint yearly in order to pass. 🤣

My girlfriend has an 18 R/T she wants louder lol (compares to my previous scat pack and current widebody hellcat charger) - we removed her suitcase and put in an X pipe, tossing around the idea of removing the resonators for some glass packs or a flat delete - but it's hard to get a good feel for the resonator delete via videos. Some we hear sound terrible, then others sound great. We both like deep rumble.

hello! i have a 21 r/t and debating between muffler vs resonator delete. I like the resonator delete better but i am afraid i will be experiencing any drone. Have you experience any drone on this modification? TIA

Don't do a muffler delete by itself, it sounds like trash. EVERYONE that does it regrets it down the road. Rear res delete alone, or x pipe with rear res delete. When I had the rear res delete alone, it had hardly any drone unless you were using Eco Mode.

@@MK6Guy So on eco mode, its more audible? The exhaust shop recommended replacing the mid mufler with an xpipe, however, the tone that it gives is still raspy. With many of the resonator delete I have heard, its all deep and throaty tone which I prefer.

@@skillzlibat I had both. Rear res first. Now I have the x-pipe with rear res delete. It has hardly any rasp until you get close to redline. Its deep and throaty. I’ll keep it this way until I swap the powertrain down the road.

Don’t use eco mode especially if you planning on keeping the Durango for a while. Lifters will start to fail!!!

@@MK6Guy ah, just not sure where to buy or find an H pipe. my dad has a 2018 mustang gt and he just went to a website and bought his X pipe. I cant seem to find anywhere to buy an x pipe or H pipe for the durango.
