You need to be strict sometimes and even when the bell rings for an elective or for dismissal don't let them leave until the ground doesn't have that much trash and they are all sitting down quiet.

When I was in third grade we all went to the auditorium then leave in our class line then go to our class do our morning work then switch classes then spend an hour there then leave to a next class or a "study hall" for a hour then gym,art,library, or computer for an hour the then lunch was 40 minutes long the break for an hour cus we were the lucky grade that year then history for two hours then reading for the rest of the day
