I think they are the third heaviest 8n the world. Sherbourne, Adelaide the Westbury. Sherbourne are terrible, and whilst Adelaide are top bells as post war Taylor's this is a a prewar Taylor peal and that Tenor is gorgeous.

They are a lovely sounding ring, it’s about a 90 minute drive to go to Westbury but a privilege to ring there when I can get over to them

@@garethdown7394 I have in Aus for 50 years and 90 mins is really nothing. Another peal I like is Long Ashton in Summerset ,I think the tenor is 31 cwt .

they are indeed the 3rd heaviest - a quick search on Dove will tell you that! Sherborne are the biggest (46cwt), followed by Adelaide (41cwt) and then Westbury (35cwt).
