I think the reason why the monopoly failed was, because they (or even nobody) didn't expect the series to end quickly because of the war. If they played by the rules and maybe smaller team, the monopoly might work Oh and by rules, i meant the rules grian explained in the beginning

The crastle did so well defensively BECAUSE it was small. They didn't overextend beyond what they could easily defend. Unlike the Sand People and Dogwarts.

it was easy to defend because it was a really great replica of actual castle fortresses. castles are designed the way for a reason and i think this smp showcased those reasons very clearly. honestly this whole series made for a really great civilization simulator lol

Here is the timeline that spirals out of control because, "it was just a prank." Grian enters bondage to scar and they form monopoly mountain. The monopoly doesn't matter but they denied Cleo dark oak causing pizza to be stolen. This causes the castle and the desert to be enemies. Scar and grian eventually get pizza back BUT when scar plots his revenge while singing the science bros song he falls into a ravine and dies. Now that scar is on his 3rd life he goes and forces friendship on people but Rendog rejects that. Now scar wants to kill ren and martin so he forms a trap using grians trap making skills. Then everything goes boom and skizz loses his 2nd life, solidarity loses his 2nd life, and ren loses his 1st. Skizz feeling betrayed goes to join ren while ren goes insane causing the war to come and the hobbits form the alliance with the sand people. All of this happened because grian thought it would be funny to scare scar with a creeper.

It was also the primary reason why the Red army was split up for most of the finale. If they had been able to work together more they could have evened the playing field far easier. Especially after the final Death's of Scott and Joel. Maybe they could have avoided losing Martynn's second life and made the End Crystal a viable option.

People can still build some fancy stuff while they're at war with each other. Therefore, us fanboys will not argue/fight each other over which one is the best SMP server, and we can all live alongside each other peacefully, and no fanboys of both servers will fight each other again whenever another MCC comes up, because they now know each other more than before thanks to 3rd Life

Seeing the SMP put into a small video series narration like this makes me realize just how interesting the entire SMP is in a story format. Like, that creeper that (accidentally) claimed Scar's first life created basically the Minecraft equivalent of the butterfly effect and set off a whole chain of events that somehow ended up with a full-blown war, alliances, and Grian's victory. I was going to say this too. Scar tried to burn the wool fortress while he was on the run but Martynn put it our fast enough. Scott later burned it as a distraction, and even said it was rather therapeutic and it gave him a new appreciation for Joel burning down his wall (Or something to that effect, it was pretty funny).

You are great to create a fluid narrative in the stories of 3rd life with great visual presentations. But humour wise I would recommend to try to find your own footing, since it currently feels like oversimplified but most of the jokes falling flat. I am not saying this to hate, since I binged your whole 3rd life series and I also subbed because of the narrative you managed to make. Just tried to give some feedback. Edit: I would love to see the season 6 prank war and the civil war in this format
