I used to watch these guys religiously when I was younger and tried replicating everything they did. Then life got in the way, I got a job and slowly forgot everything I learnt from these guys and their videos, until today, something made me remember how great I'd feel as a child watching the men I idolised do the things I wanted to do but never accomplished. Now I'm back watching, it's ignited a spark of ambition again. 3run family I salute you for the joy your brought to my childhood. Thankyou for your videos and inspiring me again to push my limits and boundaries and step and flip out my comfort zone
