This was for me the best act on Lowlands. It's insane how good these guys are live. The sound was so unbelievably good. Everybody went completely wild. I hope so dearly they'll play in the Alpha one day, they've earned it. If you let these guys close off on Sunday night as the final act, they'll surely turn the Alpha completely upside down.

That rendition of Magma should seriously go down as a fucking legendary moment in their live performance history, what an absolutely phenomenal show. Highlight to me was everything following the quieter time at around 53:00, the build up from there and the ensuing instrumental interweaving are a fantastic ride to take. Absolutely stunning the way the band members all play around each other, explode with musical expression, before synchronizing back together on the heavy down beat, everything sonically melting down behind Stu's final chanting verse. From out of this fucking dimension, King Gizz deliver again.

Holy $”!? that Magma, an evolution just as impressive as the Way Out West Hypertension. Rare band who gives some of their best performances at festivals, if only because no human can output that level of fire for longer than 50-80 mins w/o spontaneously combusting.
