The geometric pattern on the doors not only shows off your woodworking skills but matches the purpose of the piece. It gives the case a retro feel that goes so well with the idea of playing vinyl on it. Well done!

I love the way you did the doors so much that I decided to steal your idea when I was looking for something new to try on the outside of a doghouse I was making for a client. She said I have full freedom when it comes to what I made the outside look like but it was doghouse number 20 to 25 (I've lost count over the years) I needed something new and different and she and her puppies loved it. This is a truly stunning piece Tamar. My wife who normally rolls her eyes as I endlessly watch woodworking videos on the living room TV made me rewind it and was glued to the video the entire time. When we saw the tape trick she said wow, she’s smart. I said I know, I’m a huge phan of hers 😉🍩🐠 As someone who is just building out my workshop, I truly appreciate how you provide multiple options to accomplish tasks. It’s so warm and accommodating. Then you bust out a casual $300 worth on Bessel clamps haha, but not like you mentioned it and you are a true pro who deserves good things. It wasn’t a subtle flex, but I can’t help but to think someone as intentional as you are randomly selected which albums to feature as you were loading the shelf.

Wish I had found you a long time ago. The workmanship that went into that cabinet fascinates me...and reminded me to work on my patience when woodworking, in order for me to get to the level I desire. And I love that you go back to hand tools when so many don't remember how to use them...& with a specialty high tech tool for every job now,. Thanks for actually working "with your hands" & teaching us you can create exciting pieces of higher quality, without owning $10,000 + in tools. WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS ART. That cabinet should be on display for the public! And we could all use a bit more art in our daily lives to remind us that current events won't destroy us. Using beautiful joinery, even when no one will see it should be the reason to do it...for your own satisfaction without a need for others to tell us how amazing we are. Sorry for this rant...but thank you so much. I was really in need of you tonight. You impact others in ways you may never realize.

Absolutely fabulous project. The way you show both the PROCES and the individual STEPS shows your skill and experience. It seems your in control; You know the goal and the steps to get there. And the order in which to do these steps, without mayor whoopsies and surprises. For me a beginner woodworker there are still too many gaps in my skills as well as the required helicopter view to get a good grip on the proces. Viewing your videos helps me to get better at this. Your enthusiasm is infectious and the 'scraps' illustrating the balancing act as a -woodworker-mom-woodworker-youtuber makes me grin. THANKS Willem

I absolutely love this piece, and those doors are killer. You should really be proud of yourself. I love how you tell everyone what exactly you're doing and your step by step, it goes a long way in making the video work and make it enjoyable to watch. I also love how you are not scared to say that you make mistakes. That says a lot about you also. Keep making the videos because I really enjoy them.

You're such a badass. I've been in custom cabinetry for over twenty years, mostly in cabinet shop "production" settings, so nearly everything is machined. Seeing you going old school with planes, chisels and handsaws is inspirational. Rock on! You're an incredible craftswoman. Wow. Oh I really dig that guitar push stick for the table saw. I might copy it :)

Damn, you took care of your kid/kids, made one hell of a beautiful cabinet and listen to music through vinyl, you're the coolest mommy on youtube :D The now playing stand was a really nice touch and you were right about not using a handle on the door, it would ruin the look. I'm gonna binge watch your video on my free time.

As usual easily one of the absolute best step-by step tutorial makers on KZbin. So thorough and concise. Always so well thought out and logical in your process. Way to show the amazing accuracy you can get without all the bell and whistle tools. I would say that someone should hire you and big time sponsor you but of course they would ruin a good thing. You are awesome! Best wishes.

First: Wow! That is gorgeous. It's also amazingly satisfying to watch it go together. You make it look easy, even when I know it is NOT. That is the sign of someone who knows what they are doing. Second: I really like your taste in music. My kids like my records too. Third: In the Navy, we call those tabs on the tape "Buddy Tabs" because you may not be the person who has to take the tape back off. In essence, you do it for your buddy. Random trivia.
