That is stunningly beautiful! I almost always over complicate invisible details on my projects to. The little details seem to more than double the time it should take to finish it. I find it satisfying when someone takes the time to look and acknowledges it. I'm glad you are making projects and getting away from the trend of only selling your products. I love your jig though. I bought the plans and made one for myself and my dad. I was shocked when I was in his shop the other day and noticed a palm router attached to it and it was full of dust from being used.

Each ding, scratch, dent and oopsie is a story unto itself. I made a router table insert from T6061 aluminum a couple decades ago. It looks like it served a tour of duty as side armor in the Middle East. C'mon over, bring your favorite beverage and set a spell. I can tell you the story of every blemish on that hunky 3/8" plate. As your table ages Tamar, you will be able to make the same offer. 😂

I let a roommate use my shop (also a mech space) and he took his dirt bike engine apart on my out feed table including forgetting to drain the oil first, so it drained all over the surface. When I came in the next day I was so beyond devastated, pissed, and ready to blow, I just left, went to my closet and screamed into pillows. I've haven't made anything since because I just can't get over it. I'm finally, after two years, starting to want to build something. Probably a new out feed table! So yes, all of our benches have a story. Just wish I could have written it

Thanks for your video. It has become a beautiful table. Your way of working is so logically structured. I love that. I'm also afraid of my table saw. I don't use safety glasses now, but a 3m Peltor face mask with hearing protection. This feels a lot safer to me.

Don't love the bleached wood look but to each their own. Really cool design for the table though. Very well done. Looks great!
