The bad guy? Addison's the cause of this, it's because of Derek's moral that he was obligated to go back to his wife, and Addison didn't even bother to tell Derek that it wasn't a one-night stand. Also, when derek slept with meredith, they were already separated

This is so incorrect. No way is Derek the bad guy in this situation. He’s at fault but definitely not the bad guy. Mark and Addison are the bad guys because they are the ones that started all this mess. They were the cheaters in this scenario. Derek just met Meredith. Mark was his best friend, and his wife and him were messing around with each other.
