How does reaper not get chain aggro from casting recall on it at 3:06?

It's just not how chain agro works, chain agro is when you agro a new enemy and then you agro enemies around them (simplified). There is no other mechanic that would cause reaper to get agro by me casting on him

My bad with the wrong use of terminology. I meant for example if ally casts anything on "tank" that holds aggro it also gets aggro. So i thought it works the other way around too.
