Nice job, always interesting to see different coaches perspectives. I’m a coach myself in Northern Ireland. Remember there is no right or wrong when coaching there are just different approaches with varying degrees of efficacy. One of the key fundamental elements of coaching is to set your team up in a way that suits and gets the best out of the type of players and attributes you have at your disposal. Much appreciated brother! This was for a set group I had a few years back. Generally tactical overview based on their strengths and weaknesses as well as game knowledge. Everyone loves to talk tactics irrespective of the individuals on the pitch. Every team has different strengths and tendencies, gotta cater to them the right way! Cheers!

New to coaching, but I think wer you are doing over lap in last 3rd. That's when you should be advising Left wing, striker and Rw to split pass. Or 1-2 passes to beat defenders. Over lap will be more suited for 4,4,2 . Good video bro. Well done. Open to correction.

Why not use attacking formation with 4-5 players in final edition (Manchester City or Liverpool) insted only 3 attacking players on position defence with 4 players (4-5 attacking players in umbrella position).....?3V4 in attacking version on board..?Very smart

Each pink magnet is an outfield player. Sweeper 1, 3 defenders above, 3 midfielders above, 3 strikers up top= 10. Goalie is not represented in this tactical video
