me as beginner 3d modeler: what should I do now?

Me as a veteran generalist. Things that are not often modeled in the studio's i worked with are: realistic vehicles, furniture, props... Since you can buy or download them almost for free. Things that are almost always modeled in the studio: characters, things that need a specific style (try to find 10 houses that match the cartoony style of your show). If all you can show is perfect recreations of real life stuff, you are not much more than a human 3D copy machine. Be creative.

I don’t like the search feature. And you can’t even sort by free or by program used. I do like the 3d viewer.
