This video we will present an introduction of the Ottoman festivities in the 16 century. We will see which kind of events were publicly celebrated, what was the iconographic representation of such festivities, how they integrated in the urban space of Istanbul and who were the participants.
Este video realizará una introducción a las fiestas otomanas en el siglo XVI. Veremos qué tipo de eventos se celebraron públicamente, cuál fue su representación iconográfica, cómo se integraron en el espacio urbano de Estambul y quiénes fueron los participantes.
