The way you present the property is amazing !!! I really like this house and all amenities, especially the reserved forest and terrace. The only thing I didn't like much is the kitchen. Because kitchen has no outer window, no balcony. But yes overall I like the house

Then they create apartments where they leave open space and call you'll feel roomy. 😂 Its better to leave country and buy house there. 4.5 cr me itna bada ghar aur saaf hava aur paani bhi aayega. Btw is area me paani nahi he. Aur aapke aaju baju se paani chori hota he woh aise type apartment me jaata he.

Yahi Ghar leloge but maintenance is 20000+ per month and no auto rickshaw available you will have to touch auto wala feet to take you there. This is why I love mumbai so much raat ko 2 baje bhi Ghar se niklo toh koi tension nahin auto mil jayega public dikhegi rastepe. Pune main sham ko 8baje auto Wale half return mangte hain. BTW I have lived in both cities soi know.

Man- animal conflict , floods and many more hazards are waiting.MOREOVER lights emitting from apartments will alter breeding behaviour of animals nearby so making apartments near a forest is not good at all!
