Put location aside tbh its Not worth it at this price. Very small washrooms plus space utilization is not up to the mark. Could have been improved. Just some fancy lights and mirrors se price 4.5 crore ke hoye.

Idk about punjab side but in karachi for 4.5 crors you can only get 240 ghuss ka ghar in this ramge for 300 350 ghuss you need to have a range of more then 5 crore
