That's what social proof and reviews are for 😉 If you know how to create quality funnels, landing pages, ecom CRO, sales copy, customer proof, social proof and you sell a good product then it's very easy to sell items like this online and to keep a low return rate!

my concern is why would someone who is decorating their home spend thousands on sofas from online instead of actual physical stores that they can see and touch and actually physically pick out furniture? When it comes to something this expensive and this important to a house, why would a reasonable person or couple every choose an online store?
