Thank you for this tour of a beautiful yacht. I do like that downstairs head with the separate shower setting. And that is a cute accent of a clock, barometer and thermometer on that nice wood wall. This is a weekender type boat in my impression. Blasting around large open waters during the day and some high end accommodation in the evening. Very sharp looking for sure, but not a real entertainment yacht design in any way. It’s design doesn’t inspire any sort of long term staying aboard or cordial entertainment. I can see why it only lasted one season. Cool concept and again, sharp looking for sure. But definitely not for me. Nice tour! 👍🏻😎👍🏻

Does it come with the alpha level fuel polisher Water in the diesel will bring that yacht to a halt quickly And we found out the hard way in A-sharp that we took into the Harbor somehow water got into the diesel and the thing craft out we had to pump the tank out

It's a lovely boat but I have one complaint - the circular shower in cabin 3's en suite is too small. I have seen these on other boats too. I'm a little on the bulky side but not huge and I can fit in them but no way can I bend down and wash my feet.

I'm a big fan of Sunseekers as well. I wouldn't compare them though as this model isn't similar in design. Someone interested in a Sunseeker Manhattan 68 (which I have a tour of on the channel) probably isn't considering this an an option.

Are Riva boats really that sough-after in America? I've lived in Florida my entire life and only seen a handful of them. As for the boat itself, I prefer when the manufacturer puts equal effort inside and outside. This one, in particular, has a very pleasant exterior, luxurious all throughout but the interior is just not up to par with other brands like Princess or SunSeeker and those are the ones I would go after. The tour was great as always but unless they're kicking you off the boat take your time.

I love Princess interiors. They are really well crafted but I would also argue they are designed to be liked by a wider audience. On this particular Riva the interior is mainly bright mahogany with the black lacquer trim, you also have the black stone in the galley. Alternatively you can choose all white lacquer and white marble all over the place. Either way, the quality is there but the look isn't as universally loved as some other interiors you see out there. I've noticed on many Italian yachts the designs can be a bit more extreme so people end up loving or hating them.

You look at all the other brands that have yachts like this and some like Princess, Sunseeker, Riviera, Domino, Pearl, and even Mangusta all have exquisite interiors and are more practical. This yacht is like a hot supermodel. Very gorgeous on the eyes and something that looks amazing to behold. But throw her into the kitchen and ask you to make you breakfast, she can't do it nor can she help you out if you go on a hike. There isn't anything there beyond those good looks. These yachts are made to be seen in and go island to island for a weekend. Because it's so beautiful you live with the fact the bathroom sucks and the crew hate their life. All these other manufacturers put a ton of effort into making boats stylish and practical now. People buying yachts want to explore and go places. Even the ones that just go out for the weekend want more comfort and choice. The girl next door that does crossfit but also is rebuilding a 3rd generation Mustang.

To the average buyer you showing that washer and dryer just made that boat much more or lovable people people look at the practical things like how's the kitchen can I get my laundry done without having to pull over into some Marina and Marina and use a laundromat in town town but they should be worried about a the paint job because those things cost a million dollars B the mechanicals and then C the interiors. OK so that tells me since it's so new either the person belly up and they had to sell or though or the person passed away and the surviving relatives don't want it so they're selling it or there's something seriously wrong with it and that's why they're selling it. And there might be one other reason they didn't know they get so seasick when they're out on the water that's why they're getting rid of it

I think these are beautiful boats. But these are cruising sports boats, enjoyed for maybe a weekend aboard going island to island and back to home port and unfortunately that hasn't been where yachting has been going lately with the the rise of explorer yachts, SUV and trawler yachts flooding thr market. Then you get the 2 crew area and that really puts this as an owner operator yacht and someone with this much money that can afford to buy this is going to probably look at Riviera, Domino, or older Mangusta. Better crew area with a dedicated captain area to handle the driving and they have the styling with more practicality. I'm not saying this yacht is ugly, I think it's beyond gorgeous. I'm just saying that practicality wise there is a reason it's on it's third owner in 2 years maybe.

That's pretty fair I think. I agree that it's less practical than other boats out there. This is a very specific style of yacht for a very specific type of person. I know the original owner traded up for a larger Riva so they were so satisfied they wanted more. I don't know the reason for the quick sale from the second owner.

This RIVA had nothing on Perching, Azimut or Princess sportsyachts.. *The interior looks lile a 1995 sailing yacht. They cheaped out on interior aswell, with no marble panel shower, no roof lining in the hallways and cabins, Beds looks like 10cm thick IKEA madrasses.. *Also that price!? No thanks. I'll get 3, that's right Three Galeon 680 tri deck large size yachts for the same price 🤣🤣🤣

I’ve seen quite a bit of yachts on KZbin and this is the first one I would actively not want. I don’t like the interior layout and the wood work is ghastly. It is way to glossy. The crew quarters look terrible, the engine room is cramped and the top deck layout is decidedly meh. There’s nothing about this ship that would make me want it. The original owner had it for one season, the second owner ‘reluctantly’ returned it to the manufacturer. People don’t want this ship and it’s for a reason. This is not an anti-yacht comment because I like nice yachts a great deal. Not this yacht. This yacht is all yours.
