Interesting how i keep hearing from acharya pointers and guides, which something has been making me do. About wasting time between 6 and 7 pm. For nearly 10 years, everyday (almost) i have sat at the beach for hours watching & recording Sunrise/ Sunset daily. just watching the waves, clouds, birds, sun with the no purpose. the mind underwent its changes which i could only look back and realize.
