Once your Golden Milk is off the heat, add a tablespoon of chia seed to make it pudding-like. Instead of whatever sugar, blend up dates and put those in the mix for better nutrition and a richer taste. Tastes Good!

@@are_you_a_noahide_yet What exactly is CHAI OR CHAI SEED?
@DrSusanBrown17 күн бұрын
Chia, or chia seeds, come from the Salvia hispanica plant, which is native to Mexico and Guatemala. These tiny seeds pack a nutritional punch, as they're rich in fiber, protein, and healthy fats, especially omega-3 fatty acids

All is nice.. Just a little reminder, add a little bit black pepper to golden milk, so it activates turmeric to better absorbsion. My favorite tea nowadays is "cloves".. I have whole seeds , I crush them a little bit and make the tea.

i love chamomile tea, but not sure if it's alkalizing !
@DrSusanBrown21 күн бұрын
Chamomile tea is mildly alkalizing, which makes it a gentle choice for balancing pH levels in the body. It’s also naturally caffeine-free, soothing for digestion, and helps reduce inflammation, making it a great choice for promoting overall wellness. If you’re looking to support alkalinity further, pairing chamomile tea with more alkaline-forming foods, like leafy greens or lemon water, can provide an added boost.

I understand the residue of milk is acidic. So I fail to understand how turmeric added to milk can make it alkaline
@DrSusanBrownАй бұрын
Great question Susan! While cow's milk does leave an acidic residue after digestion, turmeric has natural alkalizing properties that can help balance the overall effect of the drink. If you're looking for an even more alkaline option, you might consider using plant-based milk, like almond or coconut milk, which tend to be less acidic than dairy milk. Let us know if you have more questions!
