I went on a verb energy's website cuz I was planning on ordering the risk-free trial and I noticed that everything they have contains almonds and they have an allergy warning for tree nuts I have a severe tree nut allergy, it's actually anaphylaxis so if I eat tree nuts if I even come anywhere near where treat us have been my throat closes I can't breathe my tongue swells up and I'm in the hospital so I tried honey I really wanted to try them because it seemed like they were awesome I wish that they had a version that was completely tree nut free 😭😭😭 love you rachel! My dad bought about 25 of the 'As Seen on TV' brand outdoor motion detector/solar powered lights and they lasted about two weeks, three tops. He was so proud of himself after setting them all up. 😂 Then every day or so, one more wouldn't turn on. It was hilarious!

I have the Peppermint Mocha bars and the Chocolate Peanut Butter bars from Verb. I also got some of their new drink mixes. Still 65 grams of caffeine, just like the bars. I don't have either of them very often though because I'm trying to cut out caffeine to decrease my anxiety even though caffeine has never made me jittery. I like that the bars are little because they have a weird taste/texture to me.
