I studied trading options for a month. I called a broker to trade my first option. They limited my trades to ONLY a call or a put. I wished I found out earlier. All that studying seems like a waste of time as there are ten or fifteen different types of option trades.

can you please explain nahed call / uncovered call, i is considered to be riskiest of all option strategy

Naked calls is when you sell a call option to someone and you don't have the 100 shares to cover them if they decide to exercise it, you will be assigned and owe your brokerage the money. Covered calls is when you own the 100 shares already and the call buyer pays you the strike when they exercise it.
