4 Beautiful Bird Projects for Spring • Music Sheets • Spoon Nests • Using Hot Glue in IOD Moulds

Nothing says "Spring" quite like sweet little birds! Today we will be making 4 Bird-inspired home decor projects!
~ I enjoy crafting with thrifted items, and spoons are usually fairly easy to find. This cute little nest project comes together very quickly with hot glue, moss, and beads.
~ Our paper project requires a bird template. You can find one in google images, or use the one I found here:

I also used vintage sheet music and wrapped florist wire to complete my paper birds. Tweet, tweet!
~ Our refrigerator magnets are another quick and easy project. Who knew such gorgeous projects could be made from hot glue! Many thanks to my friend Annie ‪@IndieAnnieJones1‬ for telling me about this simple trick! The glue dries quickly, makes awesome castings of the IOD moulds, and won't break if they are accidently dropped.
I used the Tim Holtz Collage Paper in the pattern Aviary, purchased from Amazon. If it's out of stock there, you can also buy it at Joann's.

~ For our last project, I used a mini chalkboard easel to stencil on a cute little bird, using Waverly Chalk Paint in the color Plaster. Embellished with half round beads from Amazon, and fabric, ribbon, and greenery from Hobby Lobby. Easel can be purchased from Michaels, Hobby Lobby, or Amazon.
