even if there is 10000 sqfeet home, our indian architects don't give kitchen size more than 8 x 8 feet. Real hardwork goes in Kitchen but it will be given least priority especially Indian cooking needs lots of space .

A bungalow means a building with rock solid granite or rebar building, carpet area AT LEAST 2000 sqft., front lawn, porch, backyard, parking for at least 2 SUVs, and a driveway - albeit a small one. Like Lodha Maison Townhome @ Rs 35cr in Worli or Basera at Bandstand. In other news - so many ppl like Virat Kohli, Ashish Kacholia, and Nevile Norhona (all worth 500cr+) live in bldgs because maintenance (lawns, parapet, water, power, conveyance) and security are taken care of and you can alway socialise in a restricted setting.
