4 Tips for new runners.
1- Invest in a good pair of shoes. My favorite right now for my daily trainers are the saucony endorphin speed 3s. But remember everyone is different and you’ll need to find the shoe that’s best for you.
2- Follow a plan. This helps to stay on track and increase milage slowly and safely leading up to a race. I’ve been using @corosglobal plans for my last few races. It’s FREE on the website and app!
3- Nutrition is 🔑. Especially electrolytes to stay hydrated and carbs for energy/ fuel. I use @bpnsupps electrolytes, G1M, Go gels and Go Bars. Absolute love these supps!
4- 80% easy. This will help build that aerobic base and prevent injury along the way.
